About Terry Burke

Terry has spent the last 46 years working and serving in community events.

At the young age of 14, Terry started in music with his first band and continued playing in bands for years.

He opened a full line music store at the age of 17 and the store ran successfully for 31 years.

His experience in offering the best in sound has given him work with bands throughout the country. Terry has done sound for US Presidents and dozens of other political figures also for major local corporations, hospitals, and universities as well as non-profit organizations in the community.

Terry was the technical director of First Night on New Year’s Eve in Binghamton for 15 years and he has worked with teams to organize parades including Washington Avenue Christmas parade and Veterans Day parades.

Terry is most proud of the local arts in education and being able to bring programs to the schools.  In 2012 he received the prestigious lifetime achievement award from Broome County Arts Council.

He was the first to offer uplighting in the area and continues to offer excellence throughout hundreds of local weddings, festivals, restaurants, lighting up the NYS Office Building, Roberson Mansion, corporate events, private parties and so much more.
